Someday

Someday you will look up from whatever it is you're trying to prove and
realize you let your biggest accomplishment go.

Someday when you reach the top and you can't go any higher you will
rember how now you're all alone

Someday your gonna look back and wonder "where did the time go?"

Someday along the way we will lose touch, and although it will break my
heart you won't notice

someday when you have hit the big time and there is no one you can trust
you will long for my voice, my smile and my touch

Someday I will be gone, not because I left you, because ill always be here
waiting...

Someday it will be too late and you will be old and alone

Someday we will meet again, just beyond where the first twinkle of the stars
can be seen

Someday we will be together again if only in a dream

Hour Glass

Why am I so easy to look past?
Trapped in this hour glass...

So easy to push aside...
You I never would have denied  

As the grains of sand drop one by one
My heart grows hard and numb

You think you have time in your hands
Flip the hour glass and make amends

You can start it over
But you can never rewind

So please dont be so blind
Lost in the sands of time  

In the end theres only win or lose
It just depends on who you choose...

What is this?

The face of disappointment reflects back from a blank screen,
Faded memories of a love that I had once before seen,
Foolish yes, foolish no, never really sure where this person wants to go.

I've given my best, I've given my all, and yet in return my heart's left
to Fall.

A whim and on grace, it's torn from this place that I've hidden before.
I can't touch it, can't see it, but please still believe it?
What trusts must I be burdened to hold, while my heart grows so cold?
No hint of desire, no thoughts to conspire my reverence is forced to
behold.

Not captive, not free, what place would this be? Not heaven, not earth,
not joy and not mirth,
Sheer terror, and dread whirl 'round in my head.
No warm comforting kisses, no "I love you", no "I miss's"
Just bleed me, and lead me around on this string,
No consequences, no regrets, no thoughts of effects,
Nothing, but fading into shadowy absences.
What life is this? What place is this? What feeling is THIS that you
share?
How do you dare?

You dictate my words, the things that you've heard, the choice of my
voice, and Yes, my love
What right have you? Whose words have commanded from above?
Who are you? What are you?
Incomprehensibly, the one I love.

Selfish ways too much to take
Set me free before I break

Tears

Love never in question
Way to deep way to strong
Heart is falling
Eyes are weeping
Your here but your gone

Promise not meant to keep
Lies that cut me deep
No reason for this fade
Lifes once entwined
Now just a sherade

Road traveled before
Same heart diff war
Trusting again what I know is true
All I have was given to you
Sitting alone and hallow inside

Fade to black
New disguise
Whats choice is left
